Welcome to Jump Rope for Heart
Jump Rope for Heart is the school
FUNdraising event that nobody wants to skip. Students discover fun ways to get active, practice healthy habits
and learn about helping others by raising money to help beat heart disease and stroke in New Brunswick.
Why We Jump

Students Learn the Four Health Themes
It’s important for students to learn about what vegetables, fruit, and water all do for their bodies. Students learn to discover movements that they enjoy and identify ways to promote proper sleep and relaxation habits.

Learning About the Signs of Stroke
We aim to get all NB children and youth familiar with the F.A.S.T. signs of stroke.

Goal Setting
Goal setting is a life skill that students can apply in the classroom and beyond to help increase motivation, confidence, and satisfaction. It allows students to work together towards a common school goal.

Jump gives back
Schools that participate are thanked for their involvement with a kick-back. Your school will receive as much as 20% of its fundraising total.

"It is important to collect money for people that are sick. My mother has an implantable cardiac defibrillator so she needs to stay healthy by exercising and eating healthy. I want to collect as much money as I can for Jump Rope for Heart!"
